Protected Geographic Marketing Territories allow Real Estate agents exclusivity within an agreed-upon boundary. Most often, the network assigns a single zip code exclusively to an Elite Real Estate Agent at a fixed monthly fee. Real Estate Teams, Brokerages, and Highly Productive Agents may qualify for multiple zip codes, counties or regions.

Larger territories are also available at a negotiated price based on multiple factors, including the number of representatives, size, and scope. HBN rewards Real Estate Agents that add value to the network.

GPT is the way REALTOR®s commit to the network and in return the network will protect the designated area from competition. Of course, we cannot protect you from competition (REALTOR®s) marketing to our Heroes, but we can protect you from other Hero Benefits Network Real Estate Agents marketing themselves within your GPT. This could be supremely valuable when considering an affinity relationship with a Police Department, Fire Department, School or School Board, even the VFW or The American Legion can manifest transactional volume and loyalty. It is the intention of the network to cover our great nation with GPTs “owned and operated” by committed and talented Real Estate Agents.

The vision clearly is heading in that direction. We are currently building our social media presence along with enrolling national organizations that are partnering with us to promote HBN to their employees or members. Eventually, our network will trade referrals among members and our network will send heroes across town, cross-state, and cross-country. As HBN grows and the network attracts GPT’s with REALTOR®s, Mortgage Companies and Title Companies, we ask that each introduce themselves to the local heroes and promote our offerings. We make no promise or guarantee of inbound Hero Benefits leads or referrals but will promote HBN on a national level.

We will…we are continually building our library of marketing pieces along with videos that will be available for use. We are also scheduling educational webinars to teach our hero partners how to promote HBN along with webinars to educate our heroes on all our offerings.

Nothing! Consumers can buy or sell Real Estate from any agent inside or outside your territory without consulting you. We only provide a unique selling proposition and goodwill within our target communities that you may market yourself with. The market share that you achieve is dependent upon what you achieve within the target communities. An accurate analogy would be a Subdivision Farm Area. You have an opportunity to market yourself to your farm, but your farm has no obligation to buy or sell with you.

Nothing – Again, you are a representative of HBN, but the Heroes may choose to buy and sell with anyone they wish. Additionally, you may list or sell houses anywhere you are licensed without regard to the HBN Network or any GPT. You just cannot market yourself or network as an HBN representative Realtor in another hero partner’s GPT.

Examples:

• Delivering Flyers to a Police Station in a GPT that you do not own.
• Attending a PBA, FOP, Firefighter Event and introducing yourself as a representative of the HBN inside someone else’s GPT
• Emailing or Direct Messaging Hero Leaders in someone else’s GPT are all violations that may result in termination.

Nothing! A Hero may contact a Real Estate Agent anywhere in the country whether or not that Realtor is a member of HBN or not. The consumer and that REALTOR® may list houses and show houses and sell houses anywhere they are licensed. Therefore, a Hero may buy or sell a property within your GPT using another REALTOR®, even another HBN REALTOR®. The GPT only protects against marketing within the GPT. It cannot protect against transactional activity between private parties which are not governed by any agreements, territory.

Great Question:

The motivation to own your GPT could be Savings, Credibility, Camaraderie, and/or Marketing Value. Brokers and Team leaders may use an HBN GPT to recruit and retain agents for their Brokerage or Team.

Savings: If you intend to do more than 1 HBN transaction annually, it will save you money to own your GPT.

Credibility: You would be the exclusive HBN hero partner marketing within a Zip Code, County or Region. The exclusivity could translate into value within many employee bases. Those employees will only have your contact information to conduct Real Estate transactions and receive HBN rebates and incentives.

Camaraderie: Realtors representing GPTs attend monthly production meetings and coaching sessions, share best practices, and compete for volume awards inside the network. We will be hosting an annual event and online community events with tremendous team chemistry.

Marketing Value: A GPT’s heart is its constituency’s value. The population of qualified Heros within that community is massive. You would be the only representative of HBN rebates and incentives inside your GPT.

Branding: After orientation you will be issued a certification as a Hero Real Estate Agent, Loan Officer or Title Agent.

Recruitment: You may attract buyers’ agents or team member listing agents to join your brokerage or team because you own the HBN GPT.

Retention: Your Agents and Team Members may stay working for you longer because of the opportunity within your HBN GPT.

Incredible Service and Support toward Federal and State Homeownership Initiatives like Downpayment Assistance and Grants. Special Financing wherever available for Heros and employee groups they may belong to. The consumer will also qualify for rebates from the network relative to their own transaction.

• % of the Real Estate Commission is rebated directly to your consumer where allowed by law and/or mortgage guidelines.
• Lender credit from the mortgage company adding to the hero rebate.
• Title credit where allowed by law.
• Transactions are rebated directly to your consumer after closing.

The rebates have averaged $3000-5000 since 1986 but housing prices have escalated these rebates to above $10,000 directly in the Heroes Pocket in some cases.
